About Suzanne
    Suzanne Corcoran, L.C.S.W.-C is a licensed clinical social worker who has a private
practice in Rockville, Maryland.  She received her Master's Degree in Social Work from Catholic
University in Washington, D.C. in 1984.  Since that time, she has worked in a variety of public
and private mental health agencies.

for couples and in helping individuals resolve painful problems that prevent closeness in
relationships.  Suzanne also uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming (EMDR) in
her work to help people who need help resolving traumatic experiences, including post traumatic
stress disorder (PTSD).  

    Suzanne is currently a clinical member of Imago Relationships International, and of the
local association of Mid-Atlantic Imago Relationship Therapists (MAIT.)  She is dedicated to
promoting the Imago ideals of consciousness, compassion and acceptance in marriage.  She has
been married to her husband Skip for over 20 years and both she and Skip take much pride in
raising their two children.
